Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Order products online and check out with PayPal, use our contact form [insert link] if you require help before you buy.

What are the terms of payment?

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Trade clients can invoice as pre-arranged.

Can I pay by lay-by or split your payments?

Yes. We have Afterpay, Zip, PayPal Pay in 4, Klarna and humm available on eligible purchases. Minimums and limits apply.

Will I get an order confirmation and tax invoice?

Yes. Both are sent by email right after checkout. If you don’t see them, check your spam folder.

Stock, Lead Times & Pre-Orders

Does the website have all items in stock?

Live status on product pages: In Stock, Low Stock, or Pre-Order. Estimated arrival dates on pre-orders are subject to change.

What are your custom/ made to order lead times?

Usually 4-10 weeks depending on the material and finish. We will confirm your timeframe on quote and let you know.

Can I reserve stock?

Yes. A 30% deposit to reserve the item shall hold the item for a period of 30 days.

Delivery & Click and Collect

Where do you deliver?

Australia-wide. A surcharge may also apply for deliveries made more remotely or if they require heavy handling.

How much is delivery?

Calculated at checkout by postcode and size of item. For multiple large items, please message us for a combined quote.

Do you provide assembly or room-of-choice delivery?

Yes. Select from typical door-to-door, room-of-choice or white-glove with assembly and packaging removal. Additional charges apply for stairs or challenging access.

Can I click and collect?

Yes, it is Molendinar, 3/1 Precision Drive. We will notify you via email when your order is ready and tell you the collection times.

What if I live in an apartment, or have complicated access?

Let us know if there are lifts, stairs, restricted access entry or limited delivery dock hours: that way we’ll be sure to allocate our appropriate equipment and experienced team.

After Ordering

How do I track my order?

You will get tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. For white-glove deliveries, it is simply a phone call or text to book a time window.

Is it possible to alter my delivery date or address?

Yes until the order is shipped. Get in touch with us now.

Damages & Missing Items

What if my product is damaged or something is missing?

Then take clear pictures of the packaging and the product and message us through the contact form within 48 hours [insert link]. We will fix, replace, or resolve fast.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Change-of-mind returns: You may return a product within 7 days of receipt for change-of-mind reasons as long as the product arrives back to us in a sellable condition. Some exclusions apply: made-to-order, clearance, custom and sale items. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless item is faulty.

How do I start a return?

Contact form [insert link]. Request to the contact without order number, name of the product, the details of the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and an return authorisation.

Warranty & Repairs

Your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Whilst all products come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. This includes defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.

Can you assist with repairs off warranty?

We are able to offer a repair quotation or parts when available.

Materials & Care

How Do I Look After Solid Timber Furniture?

Weekly dusting with a microfiber cloth is recommended, but spills should only be wiped with a damp cloth and without the use of chemicals, and direct heat or sunlight should be avoided with coasters. Re-oil or re-wax as advised by the care card.

Veneer or engineered wood is how manufacturers refer to most prefinished hardwood currently.

Wipe with damp cloth and allow to dry. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or leave standing water. Always use placemats.

How can I clean upholstery fabric?

Regularly vacuum with an upholstery attachment. Wipe fabric with a damp, lint-free, soft cloth. Consider a fabric protection treatment.

How do I maintain leather?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, condition every 6 to 12 months, and steer clear of heaters and harsh sunlight.

Are outdoor pieces weatherproof?

Outdoor products are weather resistant, not weatherproof. When not in use, store cushions, cover furniture in heavy rain or over winter.

Where are your materials from?

We partner with vendors that utilize Responsibly Sourced Woods and Low-VOC finishes. Request our FSC or PEFC information where relevant.

Do you have green type fabrics or foams?

Yes. Inquire about recycled or OEKO-TEX certified choices and water-based finishes.

Customisation & Trade

May I request a different size, fabric, stain or hardware?

Many ranges offer custom options. Lead times and pricing vary. Our team can provide samples.

Do you have a trade program or designer discount?

Yes. (Longterm only, please, and no work prostitutas.) Apply using our contact form [insert link]. We do give support on volume quotes, delivery dates and installations as well.

Do you price match?

We strive to provide competitive rates. If you find the same product available from an authorised Australian retailer we will not only match their price but also deliver your product to you using our free delivery service provided the price remains below our cost level.

Safety & Compliance

Do your products comply with Australian standard?

Yes where applicable. Tall storage is equipped with tip-over restraints. Read all assembly and anchoring instructions.

Assembly & Instructions

Is assembly required?

Many items arrive mostly assembled. Instructions and fittings to flat-pack items included. You also can add assembly at checkout.

I threw away my instructions. Can you resend them?

Of course. Please forward your order number through the contact form [link] and we will reply with a PDF.

Measurements & Fit

Will the product pass through my doorway or hallway?

There are no product dimensions (as others have mentioned) for you to check in relation to your entry points/turns. Our staff can assist you with measuring and planning.

Can you do a site check?

We can organise a pre delivery access check for large or complex install for a fee.
