Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
Large & Oversized Items
Some furniture items are large or oversized and may require special handling. These items may take longer to deliver. Our team will contact you if there are any additional requirements for delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can investigate with the courier and ensure you receive your order.
